Weekly Reminders not showing up under the All Reminders tab

I have weekly reminders entered in my Quicken online subscription. They show up under the Monthly Reminders but do not show up under All Reminders. Is there a fix for this?

If you're looking at reminders in the view from Tools / Manage Bill & Income Reminders ... what is the Sort Order of the view: by Due Date, by Payee name?
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
