kept trying to update for almost12 hours so I bought a newer version, now I can't get it to open or anything Windows premier0

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
To clarify; Is it just your data file you are unable to open, or the Quicken program itself? Also, do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to open either the data file or the program that you could provide us with here, please?
