Combining registers

My bank made "enhancements" to their systems that locked me out of my downloads. Their solution was to create another download account. Now I have the old AND new accounts. The old one is permanently locked out so I am stuck with the new one.
How do I combine the old one into the new one to have one account to get historical data in one report from?

Use this method to move the transactions from the old account to the new one (and once you have right delete the old account in Quicken).
