Online Balance is 0.00

When downloading transactions from any bank account the online balance shows S 0.00 in the downloaded file. This is a new problem in the past week. When I open the downloaded QFX file in notepad for windows the online balance is 0.00. all other data is correct. If I change the 0.00 value to the correct bank balance, the account can then be balance correctly. This error in online balance needs to be fixed.
