no way to split an investment group cash transfer to a bank account

I would like to see this feature added: splitting an investment cash transfer to a bank account cash. for example, if there is $1000 cash in an investment account and you want to have 10% of the transfer withheld for taxes ($100) so that the actual net transfer to the bank account is $900, I don't believe that currently there is any feature to show that as a split category in the investment group section of Quicken for Windows (using Q11)! Would be a great added feature!!

    It sounds like this is from a IRA or retirement account?  Like for a RMD?   There are many posts for this.   You do need to include the full gross amount as Taxable income. 

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
