Rocket Mortgage is not recognized as a lender by Quicken

How is it possible for Rocket Mortgage not to be recognized by Quicken? Aren't thet under the same ownership?

    They have NEVER been under the same ownership.  Intuit, the FORMER owner of Quicken licensed the Quicken name to the entity now known as Rocket Mortgage.
    They were previously "Quicken Loans", and they're available for download under that name.

    BUT, downloading into any mortgage account (excluding LOC and HELOC) is ill advised.  Doing so will only download the principal portion of your payment and not the Interest portion or any Escrow amounts. Doing so will ALSO prevent you from otherwise managing your loan in any way .... there won't even be a loan account register.
    Instead, use Q's "Mortgage Wizard" to manage your payments.  It will even calculate the changing Prin/Int component of your payment.
