Error 2003 Regions Bank

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
I keep getting an error 2003 code when I try to download my transactions from Regions Bank into Quicken for Mac on my desktop. I can access my Regions account with my login information. Can you please give me some troubleshooting ideas.
