I have a 2021 budget where I used the rollover function for categories and created a 2022 Budget from the 2021. How do I prevent the rollover function from 2021 to 2022?

Are you creating a new budget, or extending the 2021 budget?

Note unlike before when I tested this last year, I just tested extending my budget and it didn't transfer the rollovers into January.
