R37.66 - after upgrade, Quicken created and opened a "copy" file

R27.66 update created unexpected copy file which opened when I opened Quicken. Did it change the structure?

    Quicken makes a backup of your data file to the BACKUP folder when an upgrade is done so that there is a backup of the file under the previous release, but it should not have made a copy and changed to it.  That backup will have Rxx.xx in the file's name.
    I don't have an explanation for what happened to you.

    I'm not sure what you mean by a "copy file". Can you explain in more detail?

    Yes. Thank you for the reply. When I upgraded, Quicken made a copy of my working file. Home - copy.QDF was created. When I opened Quicken back up, home - copy was loaded. Seemed weird to me.
