Capital One Bank

Have not been able to download anything from my Capital one accounts. This has been ongoing for some time. I deactivated then tried to re-activate the on line accounts, but still can not communicate with Capital. Capital one says their is no problem on their end. Is any one at quicken trying to resolve this problem
