Account Details, Online Services, Deactivate

When I try to deactivate the online setup for an existing account, there isn't a Deactivate button to click on the Online Services screen. I sure don't want to delete the account. Is there another way to deactivate the current connection method?

    Hi @Aesculus,

    You posted under "Windows" so I assume you are using the Windows version.  To deactivate an account (with respect to online services, including downloads) you should:

    1) Open the account in Quicken;
    2) Click on the "Gear" icon in the upper right;
    3) Select "Edit Account Details";
    4) Select the "Online Services" tab:
    5) Click on the "Deactivate" button > then click "Yes"

    This should start the process that deactivates the account and returns it to "manual" status.  Let me know if you have any followups.
