Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this and for not having received a response yet.
We will need some additional information in order to better assist you futher.
Are you referring to the One Step Update Summary timestamp? Also, which connection method are you using to connect with USAA (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you also having trouble downloading transactions, or is it just the timestamp missing?
