Mobile Sync Issues [Edited]

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
After I sync to quicken from windows, on my cell I get a dashboard but no transactions, or other business information. Any help?

Hello @D.O., I apologize that you're experiencing this issue. Can you check to make sure all your accounts are enabled to sync? This can be done by going to Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web > and selecting where it says accounts enabled. Make sure all your accounts that you'd like to see on mobile are selected to sync.
