Connecting Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong Accounts with Quicken

Hello, I have been trying to connect my Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong Accounts with Quicken, however, despot all details are correct Quicken keep on asking 6 digit code repeatedly. No one from the bank is address the issue considering all details are correct. I would seek your help in fixing this issue at your earliest.

    Does this bank have a license to operate in the US?  Only US and CDN banks can connect to Q.  Others need to be used in a completely manual manner.

    Thanks for your reply. However, if there is an issue related to license then why Quicken team picked only Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Hong Kong and not the other geographies where SCB operates i.e. China, South Korea, Singapore, India, Dubai and may African Countries.
