are credit card balance supposed to be calculated in quicken?

I signed up and connected my accounts yesterday, I am using the web portal for the first time today, and I noticed the credit card balances in the web portal, do not match my actual account balance. Quicken showed a credit of $186 when my actual balance shows a debt amount of $221. To get them matched up, I deleted all transactions before the last time my balance was zero (I pay off my full balance every month, so there is a time when my balance is exactly zero. Is this the way it is supposed to be with auto downloads, or is there a way to have the balance synced from the CC issuer?
