"Not reviewed" symbol in status column

Downloaded transactions from my bank get a blue dot in the Status column for "not reviewed". But others get a pencil icon. Is there anyway to make all the symbols consistent so I can sort transactions based on "not reviewed" status?

    Hello @codad3x,

    Thank you for coming to the Community with your question!

    The symbols are consistent for different transaction statuses. As you have noticed, the downloaded transactions get a blue dot. The transactions with orange pencils are not downloaded but manually entered. You can sort by status by simply clicking on the little grey dot in the column heading. 

    Don't forget to click on the "Date" column heading to get the sort back to normal when you are done!

    Alternatively, you can click the Status filter popup menu at the top and select Not Reviewed to hide all reviewed transactions.

    You may also want to turn on the Match Status column which will show you textually the match status of each transaction.
