My investment institution is changing all my account numbers only

My investment institution is realigning financial adviser groups. As such the institution is changing all my investment account numbers.
Nothing else changes. On-line access, Customer ID, passwords, etc. all remain intact.

How do I change just the Account Number in each investment account?

    After the account numbers have changed, the import of transactions my fail.  If they do, I suggest that you deactivate the Online Services of the impacted registers.  After you have deactivated the Online Services of the registers,  select Tools > Add Account....  After you have authenticated, Quicken should provide the list of the accounts it obtained at the financial institution and allow you to link them to the appropriate existing registers.
