Bond prices are not updating from Schwab

Is this problem created by Schwab or Quicken?

Thank you for coming to the community with your question.
Unfortunately, I don't think the credit or blame belongs to only one side or the other. Schwab made changes, in turn, Quicken had to make changes. I think both parties are doing what they can to work out the kinks.

the bond price update issue has been going on now for over 2 1/2 months (since mid Nov). Why has this not yet been resolved? I am tired of doing a weekly manual update on bond prices in order to reconcile my Schwab accounts. The reason we pay a subscription fee to Quicken is to get accurate downloads of banking information. [Removed - Speculation]0
