After online update, some bank transactions missing. When I add manually it says its there?

Is there a Filter in effect on your register view? Look at the 3 Filter fields on top of the register. Click the Reset button next to the Filter fields to reset the view to show all transactions.If that doesn't help, sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words …
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
