Cannot download stock options?

New to Quicken and when I download from Chase Investments my option positions are missing. Any ideas please? Thanks

    When adding this account, did you select the Detailed Tracking method? Here is a Knowledge Base article regarding an ESOG. It basically explains how to manually track stock options.

    Thanks Alyssa - yes I did use the Detailed Tracking method. These aren’t employee options - they are options on exchanges that are freely traded through any securities firm. I find it difficult to believe that they cannot be downloaded. Help please!
