Options Not Pricing

I have the following options:

CALL (PTON) PELOTON INTERACTIVE FEB 18 22 $33 (100 SHS)
PTON220218C00033000

PUT (PTON) PELOTON INTERACTIVE FEB 18 22 $20 (100 SHS)
PTON220218P00020000

For some reason Quicken is not downloading prices for them. If I try clicking on Update/Historical Prices and select them they do not update.

I think the symbols are correct -- at least according to yahoo.

How do I fix this problem?

    PTON 220218P00020000 works for me.

    (Note space between PTON and the number)
