I need to edit payment details in my mortgage account

When I click on Edit Payment details in my Rocket Mortgage account, the principle amount is fixed at $40, the Interest is fixed at $1127.96 and the Other field is open and editable. How do I fix this so I can get the right numbers in there?

Sure.  And for a "young" loan, that might be the easiest path.
Just be sure to backup before any deletions, and backup frequently during the re-build process.

Do you have a mortgage payment reminder for this loan?
Did you use the Mortgage Wizard to create the payment and the reminder? (doesn't sound like it).
Because, from what you're trying ... you're right, you can't edit the entire payment there.  You can edit the total amount paid (such as when any escrow amounts change) but you can't edit the amortization.
You probably need to delete the existing reminder and create a new one using the Mortgage Wizard.

Can I just delete the mortgage account and start over since there isn't much info in it at present?

BTW there was a link to edit the payment details in the existing account and that solved the whole problem.
