Capital One Online Balance still showing $0

Options
Using Capital One website to download transactions in Quicken Financial Exchange (QFX) format, the transactions download correctly, the ending balance is $0.

There are other posts out in community outlining this issue, all closed, with either no resolution or a resolution that does not apply

Using Quicken Deluxe for Windows (10) with latest version R38.29 and build 27.1.38.39

    If you haven't already, I suggest you report the issue to Capital One.  Until the online balance provided by Capital One is reliable, I suggest reconciling registers using a statement obtained from the financial institution.
