Brokerage Accounts getting OL-362-A

Last week I started getting OL-362-A errors on TD Ameritrade and Fidelity accounts. I have tried de-activating and re-activating them and when I do this the first one I re-activate will work but when I activate a second one the first one fails. Adding a third one seems to make them all fail. Quicken R38.29 build 27.1.38.29

There is a bug in Quicken that if you add/activate a new account in Quicken it will give OL-362-A errors for the rest of your accounts. Which of course leads you into a bad loop.
The workaround is just restart Quicken.

I have the same problem with numerous accounts not updating either by One Step Update or individually. I have just added new Vanguard accounts, which seems to have caused the problem. I need help with this issue so that I can update all bank, credit card and investment accounts.0
