Sallie Mae Bank CC-501 Again

Well the Ides of March hit!  Sallie Mae Bank will not connect/download and returning CC-501 again!!!  When will you fix this permanently?

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community. I am sorry that you are experiencing this error and I understand how frustrating this can be. 

    Could you please update your Sallie May account and then send your information logs over to Quicken. so I may look into this error code further?
    1. Open the transaction register for the account with the error message
    2. Click the Actions Gear Icon on the upper right of the register, and select Update Now 

    You can send your logs by going to Help>Report A Problem.
