New to Quicken - Refunds

When I return items to Amazon or other places in my register the returns are labeled as "Other Inc". I don't think these should be labeled as income? Or what should Returns be labeled as? Thank you

    I suggest using the same category used for the purchase.

    I agree with Sherlock, it should show up as a negative expense when you enter the credit with the same expense category.
