Can I download transactions from a single investment account and transfer it to another file?

If you want to move transactions from one investment account register to another investment account register in the same Quicken file, open the source register, press Ctrl + Shift + N, and select Move Transactions

That method does not transfer the whole file. 

When we select File > File Export > QIF File..., we may select one account in the Quicken account to export from pull-down menu.
