How do I input Withhold Tax?

When I get dividends and also receive rent how do I input the Withhold Tax held?

    Options
    Dividends are recorded in your Investment account and MIGHT be transferred to your checking account.
    Rent is recorded in your Rental account and MIGHT be transferred to your checking account.
    How do you pay any withheld tax?  If from  your checking account, you create a "Taxes Withheld" category and record the payment using that category.
