Receivable- export transactions and register balance

Options
Hello, I've created a receivables account for managing expenses and payments. I'd like to export the list of transactions and the register balance. I can't seem to get Quicken (for windows, latest version) to do so. It is displayed in my register, but not when I export. Please help.

How are you trying to do that export, and to what other application?

export- either from the reporting tool or directly from the register itself -into an excel readable file

When I did, just now, an "Export to Excel Workbook", I didn't get a Balance column, with the running balance, but I did get a "Total Inflows" and "Total Outflows" summation.  Are you not getting that?
And, in Excel, such a running balance should be easy to create.
    Date Amount

    BALANCE 12/2/2021 0.00
    12/3/2021 -852.60

    -40.38
    12/3/2021 7.88
    12/3/2021 178.59
    1/22/2022 706.51
    12/3/2021 - 4/2/2022 0.00

    BALANCE 4/2/2022 0.00

    TOTAL INFLOWS 892.98

    TOTAL OUTFLOWS -892.98

    NET TOTAL 0.00

i dont get that. what I'm trying to do is reconcile some payments to get the register to a zero balance. I realize I can recreate the running balance, but was hoping that would be automatically exported.

In Excel, I deleted several columns before I copied and pasted into my earlier reply.  Are you not getting an Amount column?  Also note that, in real life, I chose this particular account because it had few accounts and has been closed.
