Matching Transactions [Edited]

I would like to know how to [match] transactions in the Windows version. Another thread said you can drag one on top of another, but when I try this, nothing moves.

The drag and drop process of matching transactions that you are referring to is a Quicken for Mac-specific process. This process does not work/exist in Quicken for Windows. The articles provided below cover the transaction matching process that is used in Windows.
