quicken crashes when updating certain accounts

When I try to update accounts that have gold key symbol in the update accounts list Quicken crashes and I have to use Task Manager to close it.

  What type of accounts? What Financial Institution(s)?

  And, what Q product, and BUILD of that product are you running?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

  And have you tried Validating,  and possibly SuperValidating, your Q data file?
