Windows 11 upgrade causing error with Quicken Premier

Hi,
Windows 11 had a security and other update in the past 3-days. I have tried to install the updates twice and both time the upgrade is causing and error (0xc0000135) when launching Quicken. Uninstalling the Windows upgrades fixes the problem. Is anyone else having this issue?
