any opinions on upgrading via retail/activation code @ $63 vs. via quicken.com @ $104? Is my current (starter) subscription given a pro-rated refund? Lost? Applied to the $104 if I go through quicken? Not sure if I'm saving anything by going the retail route.

Hi @"
TMcGee ,
Since you are ALREADY a Quicken Subscriber, I don't think that you will save anything, New Subscribers save money. Current Users are secondary Users. New Members currently save 10%.

Contact Support, link is in the FAQ above.
With either Premier or Home and Business Edition, you get Priority Support for Free.

How long ago did you purchase Starter? And from where?
Depending upon that, you MIGHT get credit for the purchase and only have to pay the difference in prices to Quicken.
