Stifel Wealth Tracker not downloading

I have had to switch to Stifel Wealth Tracker and although it connects, it does not download transactions. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and nothing works. I did try to set up a whole new system and it will, in fact download transactions to a brand new "system" (i.e. a whole new me).....but when I go back to my original it still does not work.

    By "new system", do you mean a new Quicken data file, or using some other software program?

    If the former: in your original file, go to Settings for your account and see if Investment Tracking is set to "Simple". If so, change it to "Detailed" and see if the transactions now start downloading.

    I had this issue and finally noticed that two accounts had changed numbers.  Once corrected, transactions downloaded appropriately.
