Is there a way to default transaction download to EFT for Bank accounts?

My downloaded transactions for bank accounts defaults to TXFR and I have to manually change some of them to EFT for checks, online payments, etc.

There isn't any way to change this behavior, and if this is for USAA, it is their problem, and they don't seem to be willing to change it (or enough people aren't complaining to them).
