Uncategorizd Blank Transaction

In have the Uncategorized error on the spending tab. When I click it, it shows a Blank Transaction. I can not edit or delete that transaction.

How can I clear this?

  Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken
  
  I suggest you restore a recent Quicken file backup saved before the issue appeared.

  Unfortunately, this occurred while trying to reconstruct data after my HDD crashed. So, I am using the last available data file.

  Thank you for the advice.
  I had to restore a file from two months ago to correct the Issues.
