I have created our mortgage account with on Quicken. However, when I go into account details it has a check mark by "Hide in Transactions Entry List" and it is grayed out. How can I uncheck that so I can see all the transactions?

Hi @Grizz ,

In order to see the transactions, Rocket Mortgage must be a Manual Entry Account Register. If you set up Rocket Mortgage, with Online Services activated, you will not be able to see individual Transactions, except at Rocket Mortgage.

So if I deactivate it then I won't be able to update online?

I tried deactivating it but I have to accept the downloaded transactions first and that's what I can't get into.
