How to transfer Qucken Deluxe 2017 to a new computer

Can I, and if so, how do Itransfer my Quicken Deluxe 2017 that I bought from an Amazon reseller in Septermber 2018 on a download file from my current Desktop running Win 10 (was upgraded from Win 7) to a new Desktop most likely running Win 11?

    Yes, if you still have the downloaded installation program.  Can you go back and redownload if you don't have it?
    If you manage to come up with the installation program, after installation (do not let Quicken start), download and install the last QW2017 patch release found at this link: Quicken Patches
    Now, either copy the .QDF data file from the old computer or restore a backup to the Quicken folder under Documents on the new computer.
    Now, you are ready to start Quicken and open the data file.
