Unable to add Verizon Wireless Bill

I am unable to add my Verizon wireless bill to Quicken. After entering the phone number and password, it asks me where I want the authorization code to be sent. I choose my mobile phone number and then when I hit continue, it immediately displays the message, "Verification Failed: The code either expired or is incorrect." When I hit continue, it eventually sends the code to my phone, however after entering it, it just sits and spins for about 3 minutes and then displays the error again.
Quicken Version: R43.14 Build 27.1.43.14

    From the Bills, Income & Transfers view try this, please:
    Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the view
    Click Review and Repair / Review and Repair Online Billers.
    If Review and Repair Online Billers does not appear to solve the problem, please contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report the issue.
    BTW, have you tried turning off 2FA at the biller's website, as a temporary bypass?
