    The lack of the High and Low entries implies your 8/31/2022 quotes were likely pulled from the financial institution and not the third-party quote service.

    Note: We did not have the issue when we pulled our price quotes last night using R41.19.

    I can conceive of a wide range of possibilities with the simplest being the third-party service temporarily unavailable when you attempted to pull the quotes.
