New Chase Process doubled up accounts in Quicken Mac

I do apologize about this issue with account duplication. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community. 

In the future, choosing the Ignore option seems to be the best way to avoid duplication of accounts. For now, save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... then try making use of the steps provided in this Support Article, notably those under the section titled Reactivating an Account Causes Duplicates.
