Quicken File won't load

I changed my user name and know my file won't load. When I changed the file from old user name to new one nothing happens. I am getting this message "This file looks like a back up of your currently open file. What would you like to do? Then I change users and type yes then nothing happens.

Hi @RH65Masonry ,

Did you re-register your data file? How? Click on "Sign in as a different user" This means to Sign out first.

Follow the instructions on the screen, after clicking on "Sign in as a different user".

Also note, that you should do a Manual Backup, afterwards.
