When I update the accounts I am not getting getting the message that an "update is required"?

When I update the accounts I am not getting getting the message that an "update is required" for my Chase credit card. Therefore I am unable to complete the instructions for updating to EWC+ connection

    Have you already tried navigating to Help > Check for Updates in the upper menu at the top of the screen? What do you see after this?

    Have you tried running One Step Update and seeing if it gives you the Reauthorize dialog?
    Tools -> One Step Update

    Yes I tried one step update and did not get reauthorization required

    I suggest you contact Quicken Support to see if they have any ideas on how to fix this.
