My stock Duke Reality Corp DRE has been around $48.20 +/- daily for many months until September and now October when every day its $380 to over $400 per share and is totally screwing up my portfolio value. Whats going on?

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your stock shares. 

    First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Duke Reality Corp stock to see if the same errors occur with the share price. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
