Income & Expense Dashboard includes transfers

This just doesn't make sense.  I buy $40,000 in Treasury securities (Transfer from Savings to Treasury Direct) and now my expenses exceed my income!  I guess the thing to do it do remove the dashboard because it is simply WRONG!

Done.  Thanks!  Now the only problem is recognizing when they fixe the problem.  I will have probably long forgot about it by then.
