Please identify the financial institution(s) (FIs) where you're having the issues. Several FIs have recently switched from using Direct Connect to download transactions into Quicken to Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect+. With EWC/EWC+ your passwords are NOT stored in the Password Vault but are instead stored with an "aggregator."The transition from DC to EWC has caused problems with lots of users and this might be the source of your problems.0

Small correction. Usernames and passwords are stored on the aggregator's server for Express Web Connect. For Express Web Connect + no usernames and passwords are used, rotating security tokens are used instead. (the OAuth2 protocol).Tom Young said:Please identify the financial institution(s) (FIs) where you're having the issues.
