Quicken Infrequently Closes When Using the Budgeting Feature

:/ Hello,
My first posting here...
So, even after reading all the historical postings about using the Budgeting Feature in Quicken, I "bravely" decided to attempt to create my first Quicken budget anyway. Spent last several days on this. Although I haven't "lost" any budget info (as has been reported many times in this community), I have watched Quicken just arbitrarily close down without cause - not sure if I lost any data I entered. Today, I did get a ubiquitous error - see attached. Anyone had this problem? Thanks

Hello @RoofHousehold,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest that you try clearing cache from Quicken to see if it may help. To do so, please close Quicken, remove the “Cache” folder from “C:\programData\Quicken”, then reopen Quicken.
I hope this helps!
