Just installed Quicken for Mac but when I try to run it the credentials (username and password) I used for set up are not accepted. I changed these a couple of times with no effect. Any ideas?

Further to the above, I start the app, click on "Get help signing into your account, enter my email address, get a code back from Quicken, enter it then it asks for a new password which I enter, then it asks me to log in and bang-go it won't accept my email and/or password!0

Ok, I can get it to work if I turn off my VPN which I don't really want to do. Now can anyone tell me how I can get Quicken to refund my purchase?0
