Quicken asks for a password

Options
When I ask quicken to update all accounts it puts up a dialog titled "Account Credentials for xxx Bank." Then it lists Customer ID: xxxxx which is an OLD ID for this bank. And of course a box for the password. A click on the cancel button allows Quicken to proceed - but how do I get rid of this old ID? Each of the accounts for that bank has my new correct ID but Quicken still has this old ID in its cache somewhere.

Do a spotlight search for Keychain Access.app. Use that to open the Keychain Access app. Start a search for the name of the bank. When the Quicken entries for that bank come up, delete all those entries. I think that will do it.
