Scheduled payments at bank not loading into Quicken

When synchronizing with my checking account Quicken use to pull in scheduled payments. Now they do not show until they have been paid. Is there a setting that will restore this feature?

    Thank you for following up.

    With the new Express Web Connect+ connection method (which will show as "Quicken Connect" in Quicken for Mac), scheduled bill pay transactions will no longer download as they did before as this was a Direct Connect feature. The new connection method only downloads posted transactions.
